A handcrafted botanical brew made with selected organic tea fermented slowly (between 2-4week) creating an elixir of organic acids, active enzymes, probiotics and antioxidants.
Kombucha is made by adding a culture(also known as a “SCOBY”) to a sweetened, brewed tea, many brands try to circumvent this natural process but THOR KOMBUCHA is proud to do this through the traditional, real food way.

天然氣泡飲料Kombucha紅茶菌(康普茶)
1.用紅茶,糖,混合細菌和酵母菌的共生菌(SCOBY)發酵而成的紅茶菌。
2. SCOBY利用糖及紅茶的單寧酸作為養分,產生醋酸,發酵過程中會產生微小氣泡。
3.紅茶菌中含有富含對人體有益的益生菌:葡糖醋桿菌、乳酸桿菌、乳酸桿菌、接合酵母菌。
4.紅茶菌可以調理腸胃,減輕便秘等,故也被稱為“胃寶”。
