In these terms and conditions, the “Company”, “We”, “T2Bang.com” will mean by T2C Platform Sdn Bhd and the “Customer”, “You” will mean any person, firm, company, organization which places an order with the T2Bang.com.
Please read all these terms and conditions carefully before you proceed to make any order from this site (T2Bang.com). By using this site, you agree and accept to all the terms and conditions stated.
T2C Platform Sdn Bhd remains all the rights.
GENERAL
Under normal circumstances, there will be NO CANCELLATION, NO EXCHANGE, RETURN OR REFUND of any items that are purchased from T2Bang.com, regardless of whether the products in any condition, for example, picked-up item, opened or unopened and so on.
We are not responsible for and cannot guarantee the performance of goods and services provided by the sellers.
T2BANG CANCELLATION POLICY
All the orders cannot be cancelled once the Order Confirmation is generated.
Order Cancellation only applicable to the circumstances below:
Product out of stock or unavailable for any reason
T2BANG REFUND POLICY
Once the order has placed and confirmed, there are no Refund allowed.
Order Refund only applicable to the circumstances below:
Product out of stock or unavailable for any reason
Wrong product delivered
Damage/ faulty product
Product lost in transit
Refund is NOT applicable for the situation below:
Request after 5 days from the received date
Product being used/ tested
Product damage by courier
Returned due to wrong address/ location or unreachable
Products listed in prohibited item depends on different countries. Sellers and customers must take full responsibilities on the return and refund losses
Refund option for T2Bang
Option 1: Product Exchange
Exchange with the products listed from same seller
If the new product exceeds the price for the purchased item, the difference should be paid by the customer
If the new product less than the price for the purchased item, the balance will not be refunded
Option 2: Fully refund
Payment will be refunded to customer through the same method the customer made payment
All the refund will take approximately 21-30 working days to complete the refund process
T2BANG RETURN POLICY
All the items cannot be returned after the product shipped out to customer.

Wrong product delivered
Damage/ faulty product
Missing part/ incomplete product
Refund Supporting Document
Photo/ Video of wrong product
Showing the parcel received
Photo of the product displayed by seller
Photo/Video of damaged product
Showing the defect part
Internal and external package
Photo/ Video of faulty product
Showing that it does not work as it should be
Photo/ Video of missing part or incomplete product
Showing the content of the received parcel
The Air Waybill (AWB) attached on the parcel stated the content and weight of the parcel
