This is a postcard photograph of Han Jiang Teochew Temple, Chulia Street organizing a drum performance in celebration of a festival. Build during the year 1870, this temple still is a community temple to Teochew people. The temple houses the Teochew patron deity, the Taoist god of the north and ancestral tablets for the deceased.
